My mother’s boyfriend and my grandma Perk just called me with an update. The nurse I talked to around 1 wasn’t the nicest, so I was really glad that they both called me!
The original plan was for her to stay in ICU a day or two, then head to a regular room then home. However, there are no regular rooms available, since my mother isn’t in serious or critical condition she doesn’t need to stay in the ICU, but like I just mentioned there are not rooms available for her. So the Dr. mentioned coming back later this afternoon and they would get her up and see if she is able to walk and if she handles all of that ok then she might possibly get to go home today.
I personally wish there was a way she could stay one more night, just for monitoring since her head has been hurting so bad. Although her headache has lessened up, I’m just a concerned daughter and want to make sure she is 100% ok before she comes home.
So, know we just wait and see…either way it’s GREAT news because she is doing wonderful and beating all the odds that she was faced; praise the Lord! God is amazing!!!!!

That's amazing!!! Wow, those hospitals really don't waste time letting people go home after surgery anymore!
