Thank you so much to everyone who called me, texted me, emailed me, sent me a card, twittered me, face-booked me and of course left me a sweet comment on my blog wishing me a HAPPPPY Birthday, and esp. thank you to all who told me 26 isn’t old :)…made me day!!I told Zach last night, I’ve never in my life had so many birthday wishes than I did yesterday, it was amazing, every time I turned around I was getting a new wish, and it made my day even more special.
I went to work, had a very exciting work day! My mom sent me flowers and balloons to work, and my dad, stepmom and brother sent me some beautiful flowers to work as well…so that made coming to work fun…I received tons of gift cards and little gifts from my co-workers and one of my ex-coworkers even surprised me and made me one of my favorite cakes—a Big Red cake! Mmm!
Last night, Zach took me to a new restaurant in our town, Chuy’s…surrounding towns have this restaurant, but we have never been—it was delicious! I practically begged Zach not to get me anything for my birthday, but he did surprise me with a new pair of Sunglasses, Coach Sunglasses at that. I was very surprised and excited; he also surprised me with some beautiful flowers!
Overall I had one of the best birthdays I’ve ever had thanks to my hubs, all my family, and my amazing friends!
