35 weeks

Well-there won't be a picture of me this week...why you ask? Because I'm on bed rest :-/

I went into my regular checkup yesterday and my blood pressure was 150/100. I gained 7lbs in two weeks, my body is retaining too much fluid. I however do not have protein in my urine and my liver looks good. So at the moment-they are telling me I do NOT have preeclampsia , however it could be the beginning of it.

I was put on strict bed rest until Friday, I will go in for a follow up and I will know more then. I'm not sure whether to expect more bed rest, news of Miles coming early, or that I am released and ok to go back to work the remaining weeks of this pregnancy.

My Dr assured me that if Miles is born now we are at a safe week where he will be fine, but after all we have been through its still nerve racking.

I will keep y'all posted-please say a prayer for me and my sweet Miles.

Saying a prayer for both you and your beautiful baby boy Miles. You have been through too much, this will all work out, I have the faith :-)

Hang in there, Mama! I didn't go through the infertility struggles you faced, but I did face bedrest with both my pregnancies - 12 weeks strict when I went into labor at 24 weeks with my son (he was born at 36 weeks at 5lbs 6oz, came home with us the next day, and is now a healthy happy 3-year-old); and 8 weeks modified with my daughter who is now 8 months. Bedrest is really, really hard but you don't have long. Hang in there, take advantage of the time to relax, and try not to worry though I know it's hard. Miles is a big boy in there and will be just fine should he come now...focus on keeping you healthy and bringing that precious boy home safe and sound. Listen to your docs and remember it's not much longer now! Sending prayers your way.

I was going to say what the person above has. Listen to your doctors orders, and enjoy the calm before the storm (i.e sleepless nights). I was put on bedrest at 18 weeks and baby girl arrived at 36 weeks at a whopping 5 lbs. She came home with us the next day and is now a fun, sassy, healthy 10.5 month old - hold me! Cannot wait to hear some positive news on Monday!

Listen to what the dr says. I delivered my 10lbs 2oz baby girl at 38 weeks due to preeclampsia and after a 9 day NICU stay, she came home with us and has been in perfect health since. Sending prayers your way sweet girl!!!! I can't wait for you to FINALLY experience motherhood. <3

Sending prayers your way! My first child, Emma was 35 weeks exactly. She didn't even need to go to the NICU. I know it is scary, but he will be fine-and you too! :)

I have been following you on instagram and saying lots of prayers for you and Miles. I'm sure it will all be fine...and this week of rest (although forced and boring) will be good for you considering parenthood is just around the corner and there is NEVER any rest from that.....
hugs and hope you get a good report from the doc this week.
